Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for refund according to our refund policy.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date of signed delivery unless a different refund policy below applies.  Products must be in the same condition you received them in and in the original box.  Please contact us via email or phone to get an RMA prior to returning and write the RMA number on the box. 
Some products are non refundable and others may be subject to a restocking and shipping fee.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We include Free shipping to continental U.S. addresses on most products.  International Orders and Hawaii will have additional shipping charges.

If any damage occurs during shipping, it is the customers responsibility to report the damage to Great Solutions, LLC within 3 days so insurance claims can be filed timely.  Damaged products must be returned for exchange or refund.
